From a selected carpet finishes, tiled ceramic or stone finishes, timber or laminate flooring to raised floors which make allowance for computer cabling, electrical wiring or air conditioning ducting, typically in commercial spaces or exhibition situations where electrical and IT requirements are crucial. Woods International have all the expertise to deliver a quality product to our clients.

A raised floor is designed using a metal or timber framework on which various types of tiles or flooring are laid or installed. Then cabling or piping can be channelled underneath to specific rooms, locations or workstations without creating a safety issue. Raised floors have a specific load rating which relates to the amount of equipment and traffic it can be subject to. Regular safety support checks are however necessary to ensure that the raised floor is secure, as over time and from general wear and tear the frame or supports can become dislodged or damaged.
