Whether you are an experienced exhibitor or involved in this for the first time, we're here to help you.
Firstly we need to discuss a brief. What are your objectives for the stand? How can you make a return on your investment? If you would like some assistance with writing a brief, please call or email us. A major benefit to you is our design led service. We are creative, innovative and flexible in our designs to give you not only a stand which attracts visitors and envious looks from competitors, but is adaptable and re-usable and employs the best in materials and construction techniques.

Our designs have attracted universal praise from visitors and clients alike. Good design means giving you exactly what you want, and more besides. Browse our gallery to see how we have fulfilled the expectations of a range of different clients and their challenging briefs.

Exhibition stand features

It is important that your display attracts new prospects and customers, helping you to stand out from your competitors, both at the time of the exhibition, and also being remembered when the show has ended.

We are not just in the business of providing a great stand design - we want to improve the success of your whole exhibition program from the time you decide to impress your key customers (and attract new ones) right through to your post exhibition evaluation and follow up. Our ideas and support will maximise your return on the exhibition investment from concept to completion. We can provide a full creative design package, including eye-catching invitations, on-stand entertainment and attractions, computer animations, interactive displays, competitions and many other features to increase your visitor numbers and follow up opportunities

Exhibition Stand Graphics

It's an old cliché, but you really do only have a few seconds to grab visitors' attention before they walk past your stand. The way you present your graphical information is crucial in the process of stopping them in their tracks, holding their attention and delivering your key messages. Our designers have a great deal of experience of this very specialist skill, knowing what works on an exhibition stand, and what doesn't. In short, it's about combining your communication objectives with our knowledge and creative use of colour, size, position, layout, materials, movement and lighting. If you would like to find out more please contact us today. Do you have an existing relationship with an advertising agency or graphic design company? This is fine, and we will work with them on your stand project, giving them any technical help they may need. This can include meeting up for a 3-way discussion, or just offering advice on the phone.

At Woods International we aim to be more efficient in our use of materials and recycle more things more often. This helps to minimise landfill, reduce carbon emissions and improve our environment.

We currently operate the following internal policies

  • Use of recycled or 'sustainable' timber
  • Use of email and teleconferencing
  • Use of low wattage and LED lighting
  • Use of recyclable carpet, or reusable tiles
  • Our office/studio recycles all printed material, cardboard, mobile phones, plastic bottles, toner cartridges
  • We encourage storage and re-use of exhibition stands
  • We advocate reusable systems
  • Were possible we print graphics direct to substrate (no need for paper)
  • We can use recycled cardboard for panels
