How We Work

The Woods team pride themselves on offering our clients a professional and friendly service. We understand that preparing for an exhibition, especially for the first time, can be daunting. This is where we take away all the pre exhibition worries, stress and fuss of the exhibition stand build, allowing you to concentrate on your pre-show preparations such as marketing materials and publicity etc.

We offer a full turnkey package from design brief to event end, this includes a full design service, custom build service and full project management including meeting with organiser’s deadlines, submitting relevant paperwork and generally ensuring everything is going to schedule.

First we ask for your requirements either within a pre assembled brief or a more personal face to face meeting. Once the brief is taken it is handed over to our design team so they can work their magic on designing a stylish and practical solution for your project. 

After any amendments are made and the design is confirmed the project is assigned to one of our experienced project manages who will work with you and keep you up to date on the progress of the stand build from conception to installation.

The Project Manager will issue you with a project schedule of which will help you with all deadline dates and have all relative build and installation details you require. They will also submit all relative paperwork required by the organisers and help you with any requirements needed from you.

The project build is handed over to our production manager and our highly trained construction team, were your stand is built, transported and final installed at the event always being over seen by your project managed who will constantly keep you up dated with the progress.
